Les commandes faites verbalement, téléphoniquement et non confirmées par écrit seront acceptées uniquement sous la responsabilité entière du client. Nous ne supporterons aucune responsabilité en cas d'erreur dans l'exécution de la commande.
Sauf stipulation contraire, les factures sont payables au comptant. A défaut de paiement à son échéance de tout ou d'une partie d'une facture, le montant impayé sera majoré de plein droit et sans mise en demeure préalable, d'une indemnité forfaitaire égale à 15% sans que cette indemnité ne puisse être inférieure à 50€.
Il sera du, en outre, un intérêt de 8% à dater de l'échéance de la facture.
Le défaut de paiement à l'échéance d'une facture rend toutes les factures immédiatement exigibles. Il nous confère en outre le droit de suspendre les livraisons ou de résilier les marchés en cours pour les fournitures restant à livrer.

Compte renu de la nature de la marchandise, le transfert de responsabilité se fait à la livraison. Pour être recevable, toute réclamation doit se faire sur le bon de livraison, à la réception et avant le départ de nos employés, et être confirmée par écrit dons les 5 jours suivant la livraison.
Dans l'hypothèse où le produit livré ne serait pas consommé à la réception, le client le conservera à l'abri de la chaleur et du froid à une température inférieure à 7°C.
"Cg Event" n'assume aucune responsabilité résultant de la mauvaise conservation de ses produits après la livraison.

En cas d'annulation d'une commande 24 heures avant la date de livraison, une indemnité de 50% sera due.
Si la commande est annulée le jour de la livraison, une indemnité de 100% sera due.
En outre, un interêt de 8% l'an sera exigible de plein droit el sans mise en demeure à partir de l'échéance de la facture.

Les délais de livraison de la marchandise sont donnés à tilre purement indicatifs et ne pourraient en aucun cas engager notre responsabilité.

Tout cas ou fait non constitutif dans notre chef et qui pourrait arrêter, suspendre ou interrompre l'exécution d'un marché est réservé à notre profit et nous décharge de toute responsabilité au même titre qu'en cas de force majeure.
Toute livraison inférieure à 50€ sera majorée de 10€ de frais de port. Il en est de même pour toutes les livraisons effectuées dans l'urgence ou en dépannage.
Tout litige se rapportant à l'interprétation ou à l'exécution de la présente seront de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux de Bruxelles et de Monsieur le Juge du premiers Canton de Bruxelles.
Les présentes conditions générales de vente s'appliquent à toute commande et/ou à tout contrat, à l'exclusion des conditions générales de nos clients.

De modelingen of telephonische bestellingen die niet schriftelijk bevestigd worden zullen enkel aanvaard worden op volledige verantwoordelijkheid van de klant.
Wij zullen geen enkel verantwoordeiljkheid aanwarden bij om het even welke vergissing in de uitvoering van de bestelling.
Behoudens andersluiden beding, zijn de factuur contant betaalbaar. Bii gebreke aan betaling op de vervaldag van heel of van een deel van de factuur, zal het niet betaalde bedrag van rechtswege en zonder ingebrekestelling verhoogd worden met een forfaitaire schadevergoeding gelijk aan 15% met een minimum van 50€.
Daarnaast zal een interest van 8% verschuldigd zijn vanaf de veval datum van de factuur.
Bij gebreke aan betaling van één factuur op de vervaldatum, worden alle facturen onmiddelijk opeisbaar.
Bovendien hebben wij het recht onze leveringen te straken of de transactie die aan de gang is voor de resterende leveringen te staken.

Rekening houdend met de aard van de goederen gebeurt de overdracht van verantwoordelijkheid bij de levering. Om ontvankelijk te zijn dient elcke klacht te gebeuren op de leveringbon bij ontvangst en voor het vertrek van onze werknemers en dient ze schrijftelijk bevestigd te worden binnen de vijf dagen volgen op de levering.
ln de hypothese dat het geleverde produckt niet verbruikt wordt bij ontvangst, zal de klant het niet in de warmte zetten en het bewaren bij koude temperaruur lager dan 7°C.
"Cg Event" zal geen n-enkele aansprakelijkheid aanvaarden die voortloeit uit een slechte bewaring van het product na de levering.

ln geval van annulatie van een bestelling 24 uur voor de datum van levering, zal een vergoeding van 50% versrhuldigd zijn.
Indien de bestelling geannuleerd wordt op de dag van de levering, zal en vergoeding van 100% verschuldigd zijn.
Bovendien zal een interest van 8% per yaar opeisbaar zijn van rechtswege en zonder ingebrekestelling vanaf de vervaldatum van de factuur.
De termijnen voor de levering van goederen aan de klant zijn zuivere indicatief en kunnen in geen geval onze aansprakelijkheid in het gedrang brengen.

Elk geval of feit dat geen fout uitmaak in onze hoofde en dat de uitvoering van de transactie zou kunnen stopzetten, opschorten of onderbreken wordt ten onze gunste voorbehouden en ontlast ons van elke aansprakelijkheid, zelfs in geval van overmacht.
Elke levering lager dan 50€ zal vermeerderd worden met transportkosten t.b.v. 10€.
Hetzelfde geldt voor elke levering die uitgevoerd wordt bij hoogdringendheid en hulp in nood.
Elk geschil dat betrekking heeft op de interpretatie of de uitvoering van onderhavig contract behoort tot de bevvoegdheid van de rechtbanken te Brussel en de heer vrederechter van het Eesrte kanton te Brussel.
Onderhavige algemene verkoopsvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen en/of uitsluiting van de algemene voorwaarden van onze klanlen.

Order placed by mouth or over the telephone that are not confirmated in writing shall only be accepted at the complete responsibility of the customers.
We shall not accepte any liability for any omission in the performance of the order.
Exept where otherwise agreed invoices are payable in cash.
ln the event of all or part of the invoice not being paid on the due date, the outstanding balance shall automnticaliy , and without any requirement to provide notification. be supplemented with fixed late-payment compensation of 15% or at least 50€.
In addition, interest of 8% shall be incurred as from the due date of the invoice.
In the event of the invoice not being paid on its due date, all other invoice shall become immediately payable. Moreover, we have the right to cease deliveries or the transaction currently in progress with a view to the remaining deliveries.

In view of the nature of the goods, the transfert of liability occurs at the time of delivery. ln order to be admissible, any complaint should be made on the delivery note at the time of reception and before the departure of our employees. it should be confirmed in writing within five days of the delivery.

Should the delivered product not be consumed upon the reception, the costumer shall refrain fromkeeping it in warm conditions and shall store it at a temperature of less than 7°C.
"Cg Event" wil not accept any liability in connection with the improper storage of the product after delivery.
If an order is cancellede up to 24 hours before the de/ivery date, a penality of 50% shall be payable.
If nn order is cancelled on the day of the delivery, a penality of 100% shall be payable.

An addition interest of 8% p.a. shall automatically, and without any requirement to provide notification, be incured as from the due date of the invoice.
Date for the delivery of goods to the customer are approximate only, and we shall not accept any liability in connection with them.
Any occurrent or circumstance that is outside our and witch halts, delays or interrupts the transaction will clear us of any liabitity, including case of "force majeur".
Transport charges of 10€ will be added to any delivery of less than 50€.

Similar charges will be added to any delivery carried out in extremely urgent condition or to provide assistanre in an emergency.
Any dispute arising ouf of the interpretation of the performance of this contract shall fall under the juridiction of the courts of Brussels and the majistrate of Brussels firsl canton.
These generales conditions of sale shall apply to all order ; where applicable, they shall override the general terms and conditions of our costumers.
